Hi There!

I'm Cat Hudson, a children's picture book writer. I am an aspiring author who has been sharpening my writing skills for the past three years and am currently seeking an agent to help me share my stories. I also have years of experience working with children as an environmental educator, nanny, and tutor.

I have worn many hats throughout my career: geologist, magazine contributor, cave ranger, professional Christmas caroler, and fundraiser for a non-profit. My myriad roles taught me that telling a good story can make people smile and help them understand the world around them. My particular joy is seeing children’s faces light up while they listen to a good book, which is what led me to learn how to tell tales that appeal to the adventurous and creative spirit so many children have.
